Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales
Enabling effective coordination among team members specialized for stockist management, retailer management and merchandisers
Preparing deliverable and target for all team members
Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization.
Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level.
Distribution Management Billing, stocks & Collections
Product Awareness Building, Visibility & Merchandising
MIS and Monitoring Sales Report
Analyzing and handling Competition and competitor activities.
Resolving Customer Complaints and grievances
Training, Leading & motivating the Area Sales Officers/Team
Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats.
Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with zonal HR for the same.
On job training and involvement in induction of team members.
Coordinating with HO for Brand related activities, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.
Handling ASOs effectively and ensuring their development.
Salary: Daily Allowances, LTA, Mediclaim, etc
